This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the nutromica.com website, why, on what legal basis, who we share it with, and your rights. It covers this website only; data processing within the Nutromica platform is described in the agreements concluded with our customers.

• Server log data: when you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the pages requested, and browser information, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Demo requests by email: the "Send my details" option on this website opens a pre-filled message in your own email client. Nothing is transmitted to us until you send that email yourself. We then process the data you send (name, email address, company) to respond to your request.
• Demo scheduling: booking a demo slot takes place on the external scheduling service Cal.com, which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy.

• Delivering the website, ensuring its stability and security (server logs): legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Responding to demo requests and other inquiries: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): hosting and content delivery for this website. Where Vercel processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cal.com: demo scheduling, only if you choose to book a slot there.

We do not sell personal data.

This website does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and does not use analytics services. No cookie banner is therefore required.

Server log data is retained by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes. Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
